Custom Business Services is devoted to promoting financial awareness and economic opportunities for the Central New York community through a series of convergent channels. Our mission is simple. A strong community is built on having the information, education, and foundation that it needs to sustain itself. We are concerned with providing something for every economic challenge or condition. Our programs are geared toward answering the questions, opening the doors, and providing the opportunities that hold you back from financial prosperity. This is taking a big picture approach to the way a community defines its own success.

Channel One – The Co-op

Located in The Grant Ave Plaza on Rt. 5 west of Auburn, Custom Business Services is the home of our facility. The Co-op is a membership of small businesses that work together to provide the most comprehensive level of professional service to their customers while enjoying the benefits of shared marketing, expense, and overhead buying power. Co-op members are able to present themselves in a professional and commercial atmosphere at only a fraction of the cost of independent locations. Click here to learn more about membership. Channel Two – Facility and Product Rentals: The Ruth E. Carpenter Memorial Training Center, Conference Room, and Display and Promotional Products

Located within the offices of Custom Business Services, the Training Center and Conference Room are open and available to the public for events, classes, and meetings to promote the businesses and interests of our community. Channel Three – Educational Seminars and Courses

In the spirit of our cause, we have developed a series of educational programs dedicated to answering questions that will help make you financially stronger.
